About Us

Camp CAYA is a program designed to boost the self esteem and self worth of teens and young women around the world. We also work with parents, guardians, and educators so they can support the girls in their lives to have a brighter tomorrow.

CAYA, which stands for Come As You Are, believes that every girl, regardless of race, religion, creed, ethnicity, mindset, beliefs, sexual orientation, economic level, social status, etc., deserves all the help and support to become successful in life. Our strategies and techniques help these girls understand their own value, bring out their creativity, and make better life decisions.

Karima “Life Coach K” Roepel and her sistah-lady expert friends have developed a program to help transition our future mothers, wives, CEOs, and presidents into a healthy, productive adulthood and launch the dreams of all our young women. We use strategies and techniques to help teenage girls understand their own value and their place in the world.
